We have a great passion for comfort food and quality pub classics at the Golden Lion. We are proud holders of the Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence, and pride ourselves on using local suppliers where possible for the ingredients we use.

We also love our cellar, and are delighted to have the coveted Fuller’s Master Cellarman award and be in the Good Pub Guide 2016. At our bar you will find three delicious fresh ales, lagers and bottled beers and craft beer Frontier. We have an eclectic wine menu too, so you can be assured of a great drink weather your preferred tipple comes from the grape or the grain.
